Job Duties:      
  • Responsible for the administrative day-to-day support
  • Prepare various documents; assist in completing contribution responses/tracking & materials for quarterly foundation board meetings
  • Update and maintain broker lists; create when needed
  • Meeting coordination
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Liaison for coordinating various events & activities -- both for employees of St. John Properties and for clients and brokers
  • Maintain records of philanthropic tax receipt in conjunction with Accounting Dept.
  • Communication with clients and brokers to facilitate Lease documentation process
  • Responsible for updating rent rolls and  tracking upcoming lease renewals on a monthly basis
  • Sending Lease documents, letters, various marketing materials to both existing clients and prospective new clients
  •  Foundation Board:Maintain weekly mailings of Foundation correspondence/letters/contribution request responses

  • To produce top quality administrative tasks efficiently and in a precise and timely manner
Job Qualifications:
  • 10 plus years in administrative field
  • Outstanding organizational skills; attention to details
  • Prioritize workload and deliver quality results within established deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Positive and accommodating communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
