Full time - C.O.O. Seasonal Retail Chain 

Based in the Philadelphia- Metro, PA market, this is a permanent, full-time role charged with overall corporate day to day operations of the corporate/ multi-state, field management team to ensure that all areas (Customer Experience, Warehouse/Office management, Inventory, Inbound/Outbound logistics, finance/ accounting & all field retail operations) are performing accurately and to a high standard. You will direct all corporate objectives by implementing and supporting new business operational strategies.

Preferred Experience:
  • Proven experience in an “Pop-up”, temporary or tent sale retail concept setting &  marketplace consumer facing operational role, with exposure to warehouse/retail management
  • 10-15 years of experience in a consumer focused retail concept with a strong preference for temporary/ “pop-up” shop experience
  • Experience in handling and managing physical inventory
  • Experience of managing multiple teams and team leaders
  • Experience of incentivizing and motivating teams to better their performance and achieve their goals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer service and online reputation management experience
  • Builds, maintains and manages relationships with landlords and developers for existing and new temporary store pipeline
  • Negotiates, reviews and approves Letter of Intent (LOI) associated with new locations and subleases, commercial leases, amendments and related agreements
