The Recruiter should be able to work independently under the direction of the HR Manager and in close collaboration with Operations and the Head of HR. This position requires an individual to be comfortable with a "wear a lot of hats" environment, love solving problems, and who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is about maintaining our collaborative culture as we grow, finding top talent, and managing an efficient process to onboard new talent into our training program. You will lead the search and placement efforts of all Shop Leader and Tribe Members -- the most essential ingredients to our brand.



Sourcing, researching, screening for all levels of management

Interview candidates at the Assistant Shop Leader and Shop Leader level and assist Shop Leaders with recruitment of hourly (FT + PT) Tribe Members

 As a brand ambassador, build a personal brand and help  identify top talent through networking and social media, increase candidate engagement and brand visibility

 Develop, innovate and manage the recruiting processes and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

 Be knowledgeable about our business and why we are  an exciting company to work for

 Research innovative recruiting tools and suggest new methods, processes or ideas on how to find the brightest and best in our industry

 Assist new shop opening teams with new hiring as needed

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop an internal marketing campaign to drive the success of the employee referral program

 Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the Support + Shop culture and employee (Support + Tribe) experience.



 Restaurant/Retail HR experience is a MUST

 The ability to get involved in critical business decision making and handling leadership-level conversations

 Organizational skills to facilitate collaboration and interaction with teams/ candidates across functions, cities, and levels

 The ability to function comfortably in a fast-paced role, dealing with rapid growth, complexity, and changing deadlines

 Great communication skills – written, spoken, and interpersonal

 Must be willing to travel as business needs require (1-2 days a week)

 4 Year college degree required!
