We have an immediate need for an experienced, upscale Specialty Store Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. for a multi-brand fashion accessory business that requires a strong coach & sales leader who has a love for the business! This is a multi- million dollar location that requires a very "hands on" manager who is involved in the local community and someone with a background of providing superior customer service!

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
(including but not limited to)
  1. Provide exceptional consumer service through working on the floor and coaching/mentoring the store team
  2. Achieve KPI’s for sales, margins, customer service,conversion and a strong business acumen!
  1. Hiring, training, & scheduling of staff while maintaining payroll targets
  2. Execution and oversight of daily store operations including all financial reporting, analysis and corrective action plans
  3. Cash management and cash audit controls per standards
  4. Sales tracking and inventory supply management
  5. Managing the store as your “own” business and focusing on high standards while challenging the status quo!
  6. Loss prevention and  bi-annual physical Inventories
  7. Planning, organizing and executing local promotions/events plus in-market involvement. Demonstrate a commitment to building community contacts & networking efforts! 
  1. Strongly prefer a college degree or equivalent.
  2. Four plus years of Store management experience with a positive track record and results oriented planning!
  3. Strong operational background along with strong delegation abilities and experience in succession planning.
  4. A commitment to superior customer service and follow up!
  5. Lead by example and demonstrated experience in to community outreach!

  1. Based on experience looking at compensation $60k- 68k + a strong monthly/ annual bonus incentive plans!
